Communities of Practice
Our Communities of Practice are supported groups where people can connect around shared themes, questions or challenges.
They are places to explore inclusive approaches, test ideas and learn with others who care about the same things.
Whether you are refining what you already do or trying something new, these groups offer a chance to collaborate and help move inclusive education forward.
The first Community of Practice, on Family Engagement, launched in Autumn 2025, with additional groups planned for Spring 2026. Check back here in the coming months to learn more about these groups.
Family Engagement Community of Practice
We are a group of practioners and organisations working to change how families, schools and communities relate to one another – starting with trust, not transactions.
The Community of Practice is a space to share what works, challenge what doesn’t and build something better together. We docus on practical strategies that make family engagement more equal, more human and more impactful, particularly for families whose insights and experiences are often overlooked. Through co-design and collective reflection, we are working to build real-world evidence that relational approaches can shift not just practice but systems.
